1. Access Client Management Console
Navigate to Commercial -> Clients in the admin dashboard navigation (/admin/clients). This surface renders all active and archived client accounts.
2. Input Legal Entity & Operational Metadata
Click '+ New Client'. Provide the formal Business Name, Legal Registered Entity Name, Contact Person Email, and Billing Currency (INR by default). The system automatically mints a unique domain-prefixed identifier: cli_[ULID].

}3. Provision Client Admin Credentials
Head to Admin Settings or Identity Management to generate the initial magic link or temporary password. Client users authenticate on the isolated client portal URL (/portal/login) and cannot access admin routes.
